The appointment is binding. Cancellations (< 24h) will be charged at 50%.
New clients are recommended to schedule 3 appointments at intervals of 2 or 3 weeks.
We understand that in the midst of a health issue, concern over funding for treatment is the last thing our patients want to have on their mind. We make it our business to ensure that all our charges and options for payment are clearly laid out in advance, so you know where you stand.
Paying privately
Our payment policy for all patients is to settle their bill at the end of their session. We accept payments by cash or cheque.
Insured, partially insured or subsidized
Our payment policy is the same as paying privately. You may be able to claim reimbursement through your insurance company, of some or all of the monies paid. Please check with your insurer before your session. Of course, we will provide you with a receipt that may be presented to your insurance company.
Our fair pricing policy
Our fee structure is analogous to the standard healthcare format known as "Fees for Doctors" (GOÄ). We are also compliant with the standard known as "Fees for Health Practitioners" (GebüH). If you would like more information, please get in touch.
